Refund & CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES:

  • Refunds: No refunds, all experiences are final sale.

    Transfer: art experience reservations may be transferred one time and can be done anytime before the session (just give us a call 248-291-6007).

    Rescheduling: You may reschedule one-time or request for a credit to schedule at a future date/time. Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled reservation time. No shows are not subject to rescheduling or requesting a credit.

FOR CORPORATE EVENTS AND PARTIES:

  • Cancellations made 4 or more weeks in advance of your reservation receive a full refund. Online service fees are non refundable. 

    Changes to guest count made 4 weeks or more in advance receive a refund for the price per guest reduced. 

    Rescheduling 4 weeks or more in advance of your reservation is free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks, but 2 weeks or more in advance of your reservation receive a 50% refund. Online service fees are non refundable. 

    Changes to guest count made less than 4 weeks, but 2 weeks or more in advance receive a refund for the price per guest reduced. 

    Rescheduling less than 4 weeks, but 2 weeks or more in advance of your reservation is available and free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance of your reservation will not receive a refund.

    Changes to guest count made less than 2 weeks in advance of your reservation are not eligible for a refund.

    Rescheduling less than 2 weeks in advance of your reservation is allowed one-time for a rebooking fee of $100 and reservation must take place within 90 days.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of your reservation will not receive a refund.

    Changes to guest count made less than 7 days in advance of your reservation are not eligible for a refund.

    Rescheduling less than 7 days in advance of your reservation is allowed one-time for a rebooking fee of $250 and reservation must take place within 90 days.

  • Any requests within 24 hours of the reservation or after the fact are considered no shows and will not receive any refund or credit to rebook.
